Charles Jourdan
2004
Charles Jourdan, the renowned French footwear company, granted me full creative freedom to infuse my vision into their F/W advertising campaign, a collaboration designed by Karl Lagerfeld and Patrick Cox.
Thanks to the iconic photographs Guy Bourdin created for the brand for over two decades, the brand's heritage is deeply rooted in visual storytelling.
Drawing inspiration from Greek and Roman mythology, my photographs for the campaign intricately weave symbolism and fetishism, which is often associated with shoes.
These photographs are part of the permanent collection of Le Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, adding to the legacy of artistic expression associated with the brand.
